All Coffee Ingredients

Ingredients: Coffee beans, natural extracts

Our coffee is flavored with extracts that you would find traditionally in a cake. (vanilla, almond extract, etc.) The flavoring is coated on the beans prior to roasting, cooking the flavor directly into the beans before being ground and packed into our bags and nitrogen flushed for optimal freshness.

Our beans come from the South American countries through Direct Trade with our farms.

All of our Coffee is ground, we currently do not carry any whole bean coffee's.

Are Your Coffees Keto Friendly?

Yes, our coffees and creamers are Keto & Competitor  friendly.

Are they Vegan?

Coffee's: YES, flavored with extracts.

Creamers: YES AND NO

No: The MCT Oil is .02% lactose in the Vanilla Caramel Swirl and Dreamy Hot Fudge.

Yes: The Super Smart Start Flavors are: Snickerdoodle and Pumpkin Spice

Are there any sugars or sugar substitutes?

Coffee's: NO, flavored with extracts

Creamers: YES, Artificial sweeteners

K Cups?

No, All of our coffee is ground loose coffee.

Yes, we carry reusable Kcups if you have a Keurig machine. You fill it up about 3/4 from the top. (the more coffee you use in the Kcup, the stronger the coffee will be)

Managing Your Subscription

You must first LOGIN to your account. If you do not have an account, register and create an account with the same email that you purchased your subscription with and it will automatically link up.

Once logged you can make adjustments or swap out flavors/coffees.

Sizing

1) Tanks, V-Necks, Fitted Shirts: True to American women's sizes. Most are poly/cotton blends which creates a softer material that does not shrink when you wash them!

The only unisex shirt is the Baseball Tee in which you will want to order 1-2 sizes under what you would order in females. PLEASE check the Female size chart measurements below to choose the correct fit.

2) Scoop Neck Tees, Scoop Neck Sweatshirts, Loose Designed Fit: These shirts are meant to be worn looser. No need to order a bigger size then normal. Just get your standard size and let the scoop neck flow and hang more to one shoulder. Super cute and staff favorites.

We offer a variety of styles and sizes running true to size for women’s fit. The only unisex shirts offered are the Baseball Tee’s in which we would recommend for you to order 1-2 sizes smaller than your you would order in females.

Refund Policy

*** ALL PUMPKIN SPICE COFFEES, CREAMERS AND/OR PACKS ARE FINAL SALES. NO RETURNS ***

Unfortunately at this time, we can not refund any products that have been opened.
You can not return any item if it's more than 7 days after delivery.
 

Coffee Over Cardio is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Coffee Over Cardio is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS or FedEx.

*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at coffeeovercardio@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping

All shipments leave warehouse no later then 3 business days normally! If we have a new launch and/or Holidays can delay us but we are around the clock to get orders out to you! You will receive an email when your order is packed and ready for shipment, in the email you will receive a tracking number as well through USPS.

***Priority Shipping is the USPS service in which your package is shipped (2-3 days), NOT expediting the packing and leaving of warehouse.

Q: How do the bags come?
A: Our bags come ground and ready-to-sell as you see on this site, or whole beans in larger lb bags perfect for roasting in your own coffee shop!

Q: Where are the beans roasted?
A: Our coffees are roasted in Utah.

Q: Do you have a minimum quantity order requirement?
A: You can email us for quotes.
