The return policy for opened/used products lasts 7 days after delivery. Product(s) that are opened and have been used are eligible for website credit (issued in the form of a e-gift card). Additionally, customers found abusing or manipulating this program will forfeit the ability to return opened items and potentially future orders. Eligibility for this program will be determined at the discretion of Coffee Over Cardio®.
You are responsible for shipping the product(s) back to the address below and once received we will email you your e-credit minus the cost of postage of the original purchase. If you received free shipping, it will be a flat fee of $7.15.
Non-Returnable DIGITAL items are ALSO final sale including but not limited to:
- Espresso Fit Workouts
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products, ebooks. etc
You can not return any item if it's more than 7 days after delivery.
Coffee Over Cardio is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Coffee Over Cardio is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS or FedEx.
*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit within 3-5 business days depending on your bank will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items or Exclusive Deals involving free production promotions (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded (if according to policy). Unfortunately, any sale or promotion deal bundles items cannot be refunded. If wanting an exchange customer must cover shipping cost to and from warehouse.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
