There is the subtle stevia taste that may not be favorable to some, but if you don't mind Stevia, it's amazing. Personally, I love it and have added it to my smoothies, too! It really did help me relax (a mom of littles here making my way through quarantine... this was amazing to help de-stress!). A delicious way to sweeten my coffee. I plan to try it in oatmeal soon too!
