+ FOAM ROLL 2-3 MINS
+ JUMP ROPE 4 X 100 JUMPS
3 SETS
+ 20 CABLE BICEP CURLS (*LIGHTER WEIGHT)
+ 10-15 DECLINE SIT UPS
3 SETS
+ 20 CABLE TRICEP PUSH DOWNS
+ 25 KNEELING CABLE CRUNCHES
+ 100 JUMP ROPES
3 SETS
+15 SEATED CALF RAISES (WEIGHTED)
+STANDING CALF RAISES (NO WEIGHT)
(25 TOES FORWARD & 25 TOES INWARD)
2 SETS
+ 20 SEATED HAMMER CURLS
+ 15 OVERHEAD DUMBBELL TRICEP PUSH
LISS CARDIO 10-30 MINUTES (I.E. STAIRS)
