My GO TO Craving Killer! {RECIPE}

Good morning, Coffee Lovers!

I don't know about you BUT mid morning my hunger SPIKES! Recently I've been pulling together this "shake" and not only does it cease my hunger but it tastes SO GOOD.

BLEND WITH CRUSHED ICE & LITE CASHEW MILK

- 1/2 FROZEN BANANA

- 1 TSP OF XANTHM GUM

- 1 SCOOP VANILLA PROTEIN

- 12 G PB2

- 1/2 CUP FROZEN STRAWBERRIES

TOP WITH 1-2 OZ OF FROZEN BLUEBERRIES!
