After sharing a few weeks of treats, I am sharing with you my NEW favorite ab routine to start the day off with! Try it out and let me know how you like it!

AB WORKOUT
SET 1
1️⃣Plank until failure (note your time)
2️⃣Lying Leg Raises x 30
3️⃣Hanging Leg Raises x 15
- - - 30 second rest - - -
SET 2
1️⃣Plank same time in set 1
2️⃣Plank Saws :30 secs
3️⃣Commandos x 10 ea side
- - - 30 second rest - - -
SET 3
1️⃣Plank same time set 1&2
2️⃣Plank hops (feet to hands) x 30 secs
3️⃣straight leg sit ups x 30
Repeat 2-3x as long as perfect form is kept!
