Good morning, Coffee Lovers!

Today I am sharing with you a simple way to create own mini boot camp workout! Follow the directions below, pour a coffee as your pre-workout and GO BREAK A SWEAT!

1. For Strength Exercises - 
Choose 2 upper body exercises
Choose 3 lower body exercises
Choose 2 core exercises

2. For Cardio -
Choose 7 cardio exercises

3. Match each Strength exercise with a cardio exercise to follow!

4. Perform each exercise for 1 minute (15-30 sec rest) before moving on to the next

5. Repeat this ~15 minute workout up to 3 times for a REAL SWEAT

*Dumbbells will be needed

1. Plank
