Ingredients: Coffee beans, Flavoring extracts

Our coffee is flavored with extracts that you would find traditionally in a cake. (vanilla, almond extract, etc.) The flavoring is coated on the beans prior to roasting, cooking the flavor directly into the beans before being ground and packed into our bags and nitrogen flushed for optimal freshness.

Our beans come from the South American countries through Direct Trade with our farms.

All of our Coffee is ground, we currently do not carry any whole bean coffees



Yes, our coffee, creamers and hydrates are Keto & competitor friendly.

All of our coffee is available in ground loose coffee.


Yes, we carry reusable K-Pods if you have a Keurig® machine. You fill it up about 3/4 from the top. (the more coffee you use in the K-Pod, the stronger the coffee will be)

You must first LOGIN to your account. If you do not have an account, register and create an account with the same email that you purchased your subscription with and it will automatically link up.


Once logged you can make adjustments or swap out flavors/coffees.

Typically our shipments leave warehouse no later then 3 business days! However, we do have a 7-10 business day processing and packaging policy. During product launches, sales and/or Holidays our volume increase and can delay us to the longer end of our policy, but we work around the clock to get orders out to you! You will receive an email when your order is packed and ready for shipment, in the email you will also receive a tracking number through USPS.


***Priority Shipping is the USPS service in which your package is shipped (2-3 days), NOT expediting the packing and leaving of warehouse.


Coffee Over Cardio® is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims.  Coffee Over Cardio® is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS or UPS.


*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.
